If Niji has a contract that holds a proverbial gun to your head involving termination of your livelihood and lets say its deemed a bogus contract at some point. Would the clause telling you to move where they tell you be considered kidnapping?I mean its a termination strong arm with guaranteed suspension, a 75% hit your income, Niji can take all of last months earnings, and then they will compel other livers to shit on you on the way out with the same threat. And then on top of it they silence you and make you get a permission slip before re-debuting even if you do wait it out and graduate?
